Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at 4M Fashions. We strive to provide you with high-quality formal wear and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Exchange

Eligibility:

  • Timeframe: Items must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition as required for returns: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Not all items are eligible for exchange. Custom-made, tailored items, and final sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process:

  1. Request an Exchange:

    • Contact our Customer Service team at 4mfashionsmen@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.
    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Receive Exchange Authorization:

    • Our team will review your request and determine if the item(s) are eligible for an exchange.
    • If eligible, you will receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s) for exchange.
  3. Ship Your Exchange:

    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the Exchange Authorization Number.
    • Ship the exchange package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
    • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  4. Exchange Confirmation:

    • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the exchange eligibility criteria.
    • If the item(s) are deemed acceptable, we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you.
    • If the item(s) do not meet the exchange eligibility criteria, we will notify you and return the item(s) to you at your expense.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Items must have all tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Tailored items.
  • Final sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return:

    • Contact our Customer Service team at 4mfashionsmen@gmail.com to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization:

    • Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number.
    • Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  4. Return Confirmation and Approval:

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
    • If the item(s) are deemed acceptable, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow [number] days for the refund to appear in your account.
    • If the item(s) do not meet the return eligibility criteria, we will notify you and return the item(s) to you at your expense.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of return approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If you received a free gift with your purchase, it must also be returned in its original condition to receive a full refund. If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
